TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND CLASS GUIDELINES

• Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell.

• All clients will be required to bring their own mat to each class.

• Please wear appropriate Pilates foot wear or socks.

• Please bring a small cushion if you feel you will need neck support during the movements.

• Ensure you have water with you.

• For 1-2-1 sessions, all Pilates equipment in situ is thoroughly sanitised between sessions.

• Please supply your own hand sanitiser. Hand washing facilities are available.

• Please stop immediately if feeling at all unwell.

All classes and private sessions must be pre-booked. If you wish to cancel this must be done no later than 2 hours before the start of the class / session. 

Payment cannot be refunded after this time.

Cancellations can either be made through the website / booking service / by text / email to me.

Blocks of 5 sessions have an expiry date of 3 months from the first class attended.
